Refund policy

At Jesus First Daily, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

 

🔹 Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is misprinted.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product received is incorrect.

 

🔹 Return Window

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
  • Please include photo evidence of the defect, misprint, or damage when contacting us.

 

🔹 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • If eligible, you may choose between a replacement item at no cost or a full refund.

 

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

  • Because each product is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Change of mind
    • General dissatisfaction with color/fit (please check our size guides before ordering)

 

🔹 Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate with our production partners.

 

🔹 Restocking Fee

Since items are printed on demand and not kept in stock, we do not charge restocking fees.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the product defect/damage
